The Friday Night Small Group is having it’s 2nd Annual Probably Never to be Repeated Chili Cook Off on Friday October 20th at the church from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM. We need taste testers (that’s the church!) and anyone that has a mouth and can handle Skittles without eating them qualifies. You may ask… “What do Skittles have to do with chili?” Come find out for yourself. A variety of chilies and side dishes will be provided by the Mahomet Small Group folks. Be a part of LCC history by helping choose the best chili and crowning the chili champion with nothing more than bragging rights (and a silly trophy). All you have to do is come hungry and we’ll provide the food, Tums and Pepto.
